What I do

I lease and sell industrial and flex space in the Salt Lake Valley, mostly 1,000 to 50,000 SF, for landlords, owner-users, and investors across Salt Lake, Davis, Weber, and Utah counties. The small-bay end of the market is my home turf. If the deal is a 2,400 SF contractor bay or a 20,000 SF distribution building, I've probably toured, priced, or closed one like it this quarter.

My week is the market: pricing spaces off closed comps, walking tenants through buildings, writing LOIs, and pushing deals from tour to keys. When I give you a number, it came from a transaction, not a report.
